According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, former Test bowlers Abdul Rehman and Junaid Khan will be spin bowling coach and assistant coach respectively.

The 4-day training camp of the Pakistan Women’s team in connection with the ACC Women’s T20 Asia Cup 2024 to be held next month began on Wednesday at the Hanif Muhammad High Performance Center in Karachi.

The Women’s National Selection Committee has invited 28 cricketers for the camp, the committee will announce the squad for the event in Sri Lanka after evaluating the performance of the players in the camp.

The women players will also take part in a practice session at the National Bank Stadium on Friday while they will play two T20 practice matches at the Moin Khan Cricket Academy on Thursday and Saturday.

The eight-team ACC Women’s Asia Cup will be played from July 19 to 28 in Dambulla, Sri Lanka.

In this tournament of T20 format, Pakistan has been placed in Group A along with India, Nepal and UAE. On the first day of the tournament, Pakistan will compete against traditional rivals India, while the matches against Nepal and United Arab Emirates will be held on July 21 and 23. will be played.
