Irish women cricketers expressed their desire to come back to Pakistan to play cricket again

Irish women cricketers have expressed their desire to come back to Pakistan for the women’s league in March next year.

The Irish women’s cricket team left for home after playing the ODI and T20 series.

Ireland player Gabby Lewis said that everything went well for us in Pakistan, I would like to come here again and play.

The T20 player of the series also said that if I get a chance for the women’s league, I will definitely come.

Another Irish player, Orla Pendergast, said that playing in the women’s league would be a great opportunity for us, I think whoever gets the opportunity will definitely come here and play.

“All the players who are here are excited to get the opportunity, we will all be available for selection,” said Emper Richardson.

On the other hand, Pakistani women cricketers also expressed mixed reactions.

Wicketkeeper-batter Muniba Ali said that Women’s League is a commendable initiative of Pakistan Cricket Board, foreign players have spoken to me and expressed interest.

Fast bowler Fatima Sana said that women’s league is a great opportunity for us.

All-rounder Jawaria Khan said that the women’s league will close the gap between the top teams and us.
